Recommended path
Download the Linux build, extract it in Desktop Mode, and add the executable as a non-Steam game. Keep the archive and extracted folder in a stable location so Steam shortcuts do not break.
If the executable will not launch
Check that the file has execute permission, confirm that the extracted folder was not split across locations, and retry from the current release archive. The correct compatibility layer, launch option, and hardware target for each Steam Deck OS version are not confirmed.
Performance notes
The community builder repository records that video quality and export issues may be worked on. Do not treat a single device’s FPS result as a universal requirement; exact performance figures are not confirmed.
